Wet N Wild Coverall Palette Review
Hey Guys!
So I'm a little late with putting this up but I wanted to get a good feel for the product before I passed my final judgement on it. :/
So, the palette comes with four different colored products. A purple, green, yellow-ish color, and a white color. The purple is used to normalize, the green is for neutralizing and correcting, the yellow is for covering (claims seem like a concealer), and the white is for illuminating and brightening. While I really wanted to love this product, I have to say I don't really like it at all. I tried multiple colors different ways, with a stipple brush: wet and dry, as well as with my fingers. The colors all seemed to perform better on a wet stipple brush. However, that being said the formula is extremely thin and greasy. The green when it was applied with my fingers seemed thick like play makeup but when it was finally thinned out to get rid of the green sheen it didn't cover really at all. The concealer just is far too yellow to blend with the skin. Even sheered out it still has a yellow hue to it and it just doesn't work. The white shade doesn't really highlight it just whites out the skin and that's not something I really want. Or that anyone should really want.
Overall, this palette really disappointed me. I have a lot of other wet n wild products that I love but this one was just a dud. :( If you see it, I'd recommend avoiding picking it up. It won't help cover and conceal anything. :(
