Review: Glossier Priming Moisturizer

So, this past few weeks I've been using the Glossier Priming Moisturizer. Last weekend, I got a bad sunburn on my face and so I figured it was perfect timing to go back to testing out the Moisturizer. It claims to be both a moisturizer and a primer. It sells on Glossier's website for $36. That being said, it is a more costly option for a moisturizer.
The moisturizer isn't something that I will repurchase. I can't speak to how it holds up as a primer on its own but I've been using it as a base before my primer. With my sunburn and dry skin recently, I've had a hard time with keeping foundations from clinging to my dry skin patches. This moisturizer allows me to do that. Still, my skin isn't completely smooth but this does help to minimize dryness.
Overall guys, if you have a cheaper drugstore moisturizer than I wouldn't say to go and rush out to buy this one. :(
