Review: Covergirl Supersizer Fibers Mascara

Hey Guys!

This past week I bought the Supersizer Fibers mascara from Walmart. It retails for $5.99 at Walmart. I bought it because I love the original Supersizer mascara and wanted to try this one. This was inspired by Emilynoel83's video on youtube. She mentioned and compared both the supersizer and it's successor in a video and I decided to try it for myself.

Being a lover of the supersizer mascara, I was excited to try this one. Now you may be thinking oh here comes the but.... but nothing. This time there is no but. It is a great mascara. I really like how it adds volume and length to my lashes.

However, okay... now here comes the but... when compared to the original supersizer, it really isn't all that different. Like Emilynoel83 said, it doesn't do anything extra special it just builds the length and volume a little faster. That being said, I think if you have the supersizer original mascara already you really don't need this one. They can achieve the same looks and I think that's all that really matters here! :)

E.L.F. Need it Nude Palette Review

Hey Guys! So before I start this review I want to let you know that I received my z palettes today and filled them with my shadows. There is still some space in them that I might try to fill with Karity shadows or mac singles. Now onto the review. The palette comes with ten eyeshadows as well as a decently sized mirror. It costs $10 at the drugstore. Unfortunately, the third shade in the palette came popped out. (See Picture) The glue was not holding it in tight so that was kind of underwhelming for me to begin with. I had high hopes for the fourth shade in the palette. It looked like it would be a beautiful crease/transition shade. Unfortunately, it didn't even really show up. I didn't think this would be the same among the darker shades but unfortunately it was. If you see this and think it's a dupe for the naked palette. I would say think again. Meview Monday: Violet Voss Flamingo Palette

Hey Guys! So Today I'm going to be reviewing the Violet Voss Flamingo Palette! It retails for $45 at Sephora and comes with some nice summery shades. I enjoyed the shimmers and the pigmentation however, I found there to be a lack of crease/transition shades. If you click the link below, you'll find a look that I did with this palette and the Pat Mcgrath Labs Sublime Palette. Violet Voss Flamingo Palette Look In order to deepen up my crease, I had to bring in the Pat McGrath Labs Palette. There just aren't enough deep crease shades in the Violet Voss Palette. Is it a bad palette? Definitely Not! But, it's not for someone with only a few eyeshadow palettes. I would recommend it if you have a big stash and have some shades to compliment it. The lid shades are gorgeous but are not enough to make a look on their own. Overall, I'd give the palette 7/10. xoxo Christina
